Backgammon NJ HD App Reviews

Well computers dices are too often convenient, far too often if you want my opinion. Even the hints are false some times, even when its obvious. Sometimes we have 4/5 times of perfect dices for the computer. When on expert mode its not the game that makes a difference but the dices far too often. But I am not sure. I have to test further. I wish I can find a dice roll without cheating. Its a wish........

Your dice dont cheat. Is this a joke? At the upper levels computer gets always what it needs to win. But the random thing allows you to win once in a while. Its fun...

A very strong engine with perfect playability and excellent visual. Totally customizable for different playing varieties, as well as against real players. I have tried many backgammon apps, this is the best, by far...

Not nearly as good as gnu. Funny how expert level means that nj gets away with unlikely moves... Altogether disappointing.

This is the best backgammon app I know. And there is continuosly development.

The best backgammon app you will find.

It s a good Backgammon online game. Problem is that some player take too much time. I wish there would be a time limit of 20 sec.

Although it sure seems like it sometimes. Im so happy to find this implementation on iOS. I grew up with Jellyfish. It was tough too. But it sure improved my game. To the people who are complaining about this app, please read / use the developers utilities to prove to your self that it doesnt cheat. Check out Jellyfish as well. (btw jellyfish has a feature that allows you to tell it the dice rolls from rolling physical dice - and it will still beat you!) Use the hints to improve your game. And read Magriels backgammon book.

Very sorry for buying the game, I read the review on the Internet and it says this game does not "cheat", but let me tell you this game """cheats"" the worst. Free backgammon games are better then this game. This game and its review on the Internet teaches me "NOT" to trust any more reviews. I feel so discouraged to play any more against "programmers" that dot not play fair and they think they must win because they are the best players. well ""programmers"" you are not the best!!!!!!!!!! Pay attention after every bad review someone comes up with a perfect review, wonder if this group of developers really listen to any complaints. """"FIX IT" so its fair to play this game. more will buy your game if you are fair.

This game is tough!

This is the best backgammon app Ive found. Contrary to some other reviews, I do not believe this app "cheats". Just because the hard AI is good does not mean it is cheating. The luck goes both ways. The hint feature is also a great way to get better.

In expert mode, there is just no way this game doesnt cheat or get advance knowledge of the dice. Some of the rolls and plays are just too perfect to be coincidental, for example moving out of positions just before getting the right rolls.

A monument to bad programming. Still have not changed the dice rolls to random.
